Project Manager/Supply Chain Consultant
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, lead the implementation of Fogbreak software suite of applications at customer locations. Manage customer expectations and coordinate with engineering and product management to deliver the solution. Drive future product requirements to meet real world business scenarios. Be the conduit for product validation with the customer base. Support the efforts to acquire new customers. Evangelize products through all internal and external channels. Provide training as necessary to customers. Conduct best practices sessions with engineering, product management and other professional services. Contribute to whitepapers and other relevant collateral. Support SI partnership management activities. Travel is required.
Requirements
- Graduate degree/MBA desirable.
- At least 8+ relevant years of experience required, including 4+ years experience in deploying supply chain oriented applications (ERP, Order Management, APS, etc). Startup experience is a plus. Experience with managing multiple concurrent projects is a plus.
- Experience working in the High Technology domain is highly desired, especially involving electronic equipment OEMs, Contract Manufacturers, and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Familiarity with Java/J2EE, web technologies and internet-based software solutions is highly desired.
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) required.
