Inovys implements Fogbreak's Inventory Risk Management application to manage their outsourced supply chain
SAN RAMON, Calif. - January 6, 2003 - Fogbreak Software, the leading provider of Supply Chain Risk Management solutions, today announced that Inovys Corporation, a leading manufacturer of DFT-based automated test equipment (ATE) for semiconductor manufacturers, has implemented Fogbreak to improve the responsiveness and lower the costs of its outsourced supply chain. Fogbreak's Inventory Risk Management (IRM) application will enhance Inovys' ability to minimize material liabilities, identify potential shortages and lower the cost of fulfilling their customer orders.
With Fogbreak, Inovys and other manufacturers are able to reduce material liability, decrease fulfillment lead-times and reduce inventory levels in an effort to lower costs and improve responsiveness. Inovys began realizing these benefits after an implementation time of less than three months.
