Privacy Policy

This statement discloses the policies and privacy practices for the Fogbreak website. In an effort to build users' trust and confidence, Fogbreak promotes the principles of disclosure and informed consent. Fogbreak has a commitment to visitors' privacy and thus discloses its policies on data gathering, uses and sharing of information, cookies, and so on.

Fogbreak may capture implicit information from users who visit our website for aggregate statistical analysis and site customization. Implicit information is data that can be gathered about users without having to explicitly ask a user for such information. Importantly, aggregate statistical analysis means that Fogbreak reviews trends based on information as a whole, but does not do so in an effort to identify the individual identity of the visitor to its site.

Fogbreak may solicit e-mail for site feedback, information requests, product information, and so on. In all instances, Fogbreak does not willfully disclose any personal identifying information to third parties.

IP addresses may be logged to track a user's session. An IP address is the unique numerical identity of your computer. When Fogbreak "logs" an IP address, it means that the Fogbreak website associates a visit or series of visits to that unique numerical identity. Fogbreak also uses cookies to assist in aggregate statistical analysis and sometimes to provide site customization based on anonymous session tracking. In other words, Fogbreak uses cookies to determine trends for users as a whole, but not as means to learn about users' individual identities. Cookies, by themselves, cannot be used to determine the identity of users. On their own, cookies can be used to identify a computer, but not who is using that computer. Therefore, if Fogbreak customizes its website based on cookies, Fogbreak will not know who users are unless they tell Fogbreak their identity.

Fogbreak collects the visitor's domain name (that the user is logged on from company.com, for example), referral data (the last URL a user visited before clicking to Fogbreak), as well as browser and platform type (a Microsoft browser on a Macintosh platform, for example). Fogbreak also counts, tracks, and aggregates the visitor's activity into our analysis of general traffic flows on our website (tracking where traffic comes from and how traffic flows within Fogbreak.com). If Fogbreak does present aggregated information to outside entities, no one would be able to identify or contact individual users based on such aggregated information.

Fogbreak's website may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of Fogbreak. These links are provided as a convenience, and such links do not imply that Fogbreak endorses such sites. Fogbreak is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

"Fogbreak is defined by accomplished leadership, world class advisors and years of supply chain engineering experience."
